Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from New Zealand, to a range of countries internationally.
Do you do same day delivery?
We offer an urgent courier option if you are based in central Auckland.

Will I have to pay duties on my order?
All duties and taxes are the purchasers responsibility. We suggest getting familiar with your countries duties thresholds to avoid any large orders being held at customs.
All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure that your delivery is received, please always provide an address that can provide a signature upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
All La Tribe order will receive a tracking update once dispatched. If you have not received this, please email info@latribe.co.nz
If I purchased from a retailer, can I return something directly to you?
All returns purchased through a La Tribe retailer must be returned to the store originally purchased from.
If something doesn't fit, can I return it?
Yes, you can. As long as the shoes haven't been worn and have all their original packaging.

Can I return a sale item?
Products discounted more than 50% are considered final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please choose carefully.
What does pre-order mean?
We offer pre-order as a way to secure your style early before they sell out. Each product will have an estimated delivery timeframe in the product description. Sometimes these dates may change with shipping delays.
You will received tracking for your order once the stock has arrived and on its way to you.

How do I use the sign up discount code?
Once you have signed up to our mailing list and created an account, a discount code will be emailed to you and this can be used on your first La Tribe purchase.
My size has sold out, what do I do?
If you have missed out on a size, we do offer restocks on selected styles. We suggest signing up for the pre-alert on sold out styles. This will alert you if your size comes back into stock or is available to pre-order.

Do you offer buy now pay later services?
We offer AfterPay & Laybuy.
