Returns and Exchanges
As a brand, we strive to create wearable luxury by using premium materials to craft our products. Our team thoroughly quality control products prior to shipment, and we work hard to create products that are made to last you through the seasons but understand sometimes this is not always the case. If you are not completely happy with your new purchase you are able to return it within 14 days from receiving your order, all purchases become final after this time frame. Items must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Footwear Returns Process
For all footwear return/exchange requests, please accurately fill in the steps of our returns portal https://360.postco.co/latribe. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.
If you have purchased from a La Tribe retailer, you must follow the individual store returns process. All returns purchased through a La Tribe retailer must be returned to the store originally purchased from.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of us receiving.

Our returns policy excludes earrings and all sale items unless faulty.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items.
All returns are at the discretion of La Tribe.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products. Unfortunately in some cases faults can occur due to human error and also working with natural fibres. If you have received an order and do not believe it is up to standard or has faults, please contact us as soon as possible. Any manufacturing fault returns are to be thoroughly assessed in house. Please note we require any faulty items back first to assess thoroughly before we can provide a solution. If your item is found to be faulty, we will offer a high quality repair and if the product is not repairable, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
Please Note any manufacturing faults must be returned within 3 months of purchase, anything outside of this will not be covered under warranty. Any damage caused by lack of care for the item will not be covered under warranty.
Please note we cannot process returns for purchases made from another retailer.
We do not accept returns on sale items, please choose carefully.
We do not accept returns on earrings, unless faulty.
Items must be returned brand new and unworn with all original packaging.
Products need to be returned within 14 days for a refund (excl shipping) or exchange. Returns must include our returns form provided, filled out with correct details, including your order number, reason for returning and whether it is an exchange or refund request. It is important we have as much information as possible to process your return promptly. Items need to be returned in a saleable condition. Unworn in its original packaging.
A refund (excl. shipping) will be returned to the same account used to purchase the item. Once processed, it may take 3 - 5 business days for the funds to show back into your account. You will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost. We would strongly recommend a trackable shipping method. If your return becomes lost in shipping La Tribe will not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit.
